Empowered Birth and Yoga Packages

• Access to online education materials and resources. Get access to all my go-to guides and local recommendations for care.

• At least two prenatal meetings. It is very important to me that we know each other well before your birth. One of the best parts of having a doula is the continuous care you receive. I want to know you as a person, not just your birth preferences. In these meetings, we will go over birth education, your fears, your goals, postpartum planning, and how I can best support you.

• Phone/email/text support upon hire. I am hear to support you throughout this entire journey. I love to stay in touch, answer any questions, or simply be a listening ear.

• 24/7 support and availability from 37-42 weeks. I am on-call and ready to go from 37 weeks on!

• In-person birth doula support. The big event! It is my honor to be there to support you.

• At least one in home postpartum visit. During this visit, we will process your birth, go over any questions you have regarding your care and healing or newborn care. I deeply care about my clients and want them to feel supported during postpartum. I bring lactation cookies :) 

• Email/phone/text support through your postpartum journey. I am here for you throughout this journey.

• Discount on private/small group prenatal yoga. I am excited to offer discounts on yoga to my doula clients. Ask me for more info if you are interested :)

You're a veteran mom who knows what she wants? Let's do this one (or more) times! This package is available to moms who have been through childbirth and are only looking for day-of birth support.

Whether you're a first time mom or veteran mom, bringing home a new baby is a lot to navigate. Between feeding, soothing, resting, and learning your new baby, it can be challenging to find your footing. While we hope that all parents have a supportive village around them to help them with taking care of things at home with a newborn, many of us don't have the support we need.

A postpartum doula is there to be part of your village and is educated on newborn care, postpartum mood disorders, new parent support, and more.

Includes:

• Newborn care education and feeding support.

• Emotional and recovery support for mom.

• Newborn care to help the parents rest.

• Assistance with light household cleaning such as doing the baby's laundry, cleaning bottles/pumps, and tidying around the house.

• Assistance with meals such as creating a grocery list/ordering groceries, light meal/snack prep, bringing mom nourishing snacks, meals, etc.

• Connecting you with local resources to best care for you and your baby.

Price: $40/hour. Must book for a minimum of 10 hours total.

• Connect to your babe with prenatal yoga! I offer private and small group yoga classes to expecting and postpartum mamas. ​​

Price: $60/hour​. Discounts on packages of 5 and 10 privates

• Nesting Support. Preparing for a new addition can be overwhelming! I'm here to help. I can provide tailored support on nursery organization, meal prep, baby laundry, and more.
